– Reservations and cancellations are not allowed on weekends and public holidays.
– Reservation cancellation notification is between 09:00 and 17:00 on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). (It may be necessary to confirm with the local government whether or not cancellation is possible. Therefore, please note that you must leave an inquiry regarding cancellation before 17:00.)

※ Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation 7 days prior to the product proceeding date: full refund
Cancellation between 4 and 6 days before the product proceeding date: 50% refund of the total product price
Cancellation from the same day to 3 days prior to the product proceeding date: Cancellation/change/refund is not possible
– Even on the day of reservation and payment, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the date of use after the reservation is confirmed.
(Ex. Reservation and payment 3 days prior to the departure date → cancellation notice after reservation is confirmed → 3 days prior cancellation policy applies, so no refund)
– Cancellation fees apply after the reservation is confirmed, and cancellation/change/refund is limited to cases received within business days (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Please note that orders are processed on a business day basis.
– LezzGoTour complies with the exact refund policy.
– 100% refund or date change is available for reservation changes and cancellations caused by natural disasters.
– If the tour is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons, please make a separate inquiry and ask for your understanding that we may ask for a clear reason and evidence.
