Changes and full refund if notified 7 days prior to the start of the tour
Non-refundable travel fee up to 3 days prior to the start of the tour
Cancellations on holidays or outside business hours are not accepted.
(Cancellation is not possible on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. You must contact the reservation manager.)
If you are more than 30 minutes late to the meet up location without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be given.
